All persons planning to attend the Congress must complete a Registration Form. Please read the registration information below before you complete the online Registration Form. Abstract submission/presentation is not obligatory for the registration/attendance to the congress.

The registration fees for all registration types, entitles delegates to the following:
- Opening Reception (Sunday 03 December)
- All sessions, lunches and coffee breaks ( from Monday 04 to Thursday 07 December )
- Admittance to exhibition
- A bag containing official Congress information
- Name badge
- Access to an electronic pdf listing of all abstracts
- Certificate of Attendance
Your completed registration will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due to the Professional Congress Organizer (PCO) of the Congress, “Agence Imagine” (see payment options below). You will receive written confirmation of registration by e-mail from the PCO of the Congress, when the registration form has been received and the payment has been credited to the PCO account. Kindly note that payments made within 2 weeks prior to the congress cannot be confirmed . If you made a bank transfer within this period, it will be essential to bring a proof of payment of your registration fee, when collecting the registration material.
Registrants will receive a name badge on-site from the registration desk at the Congress venue. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the Congress to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all attendees on site at the registration desk or via email after the completion of the Congress.
Letter of Invitation
On request, the FAIS 2017 organizing office firstname.lastname@example.org will be pleased to send letters of invitation to individual scientists. Invitations of this kind are intended to assist potential delegates to raise their travel funds, obtain visas… They do not imply any commitment or responsibility on behalf of the Congress to provide financial support. Please note that letters of invitation can only be sent after receipt of registration and payment of full registration fee.
Hotel accommodation for all participants will be in the “Hotel Le Royal”, venue of the congress www.leroyal-hammamet.com which will be entirely reserved for the congress.
For late registrations and if Le Royal hotel is full, participants will be accommodated in an equivalent nearby hotel.
The rate is 60 USD/night/pax half board (lunches already included in registration fees) in a double room shared with another participant.
Please give to the PCO the name of the participant you want to share the room with, otherwise you will be hosted by the hotel with another participant of the same sex.
The single supplement is 20 USD/night.
Gala Dinner :
The gala dinner will be held in Hammamet on Wednesday, December 6, from 8 pm to 11 pm with a refined menu including Tunisian specialties. The evening will be animated by 2 groups of music and an oriental dancer.
Airport Transfer :
Airport transfer from the Airport to the Congress Venue and from the Congress Venue to the Airport will be provided by the PCO, Imagine Agency. The airport-hotel transfer will be carried out using cars and mini-buses with a maximum waiting time of 1h.
The hotel “Le Royal Hammamet” is about 65 km/45 minutes from Tunis-Carthage Airport and 45 km/30 minutes from Enfidha-Hammamet International Airport.
The flat rate is 50 USD/Euros for the transfer from and to the airport.
Please transmit by e-mail to the PCO email@example.com details of your arrival flight (company, air flight number, airport of arrival, date, hour...) to be sure of the airport transfer and pickup.
Please note that all online registrations require payment of Registration Fees by Bank Transfer. Payments should be made without charges (the exact amount net of any tax) to the PCO account, see details below.
Payment by bank transfer is the preferred method of payment, clearly state the participant's name(s), matching with the name(s) on the registration form.
After the bank transfer, please send a copy by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the transaction number and name of the participant to the Professional Congress Organizer, so he can follow the payment and confirm its' receipt.
Other Payment Options:
For Onsite registration, registration fees can be payed by Credit Card or Cash to the PCO at the registration desk. Accepted credit cards are Master Card and Visa.
For Tunisian participants, payment of registration fees can also be made by Bank Check, Credit Card or Cash directly to the PCO : Agence Imagine, Rue du Lac Windermere D11, Immeuble La Perle du Lac, Les Berges du Lac, Tunis (Tel : 71 656 056).
