Theme: “Regulatory T Cells: Guardians of Immune Balance”
The Day of Immunology, celebrated every April 29, is an international initiative of the International Union of Immunological Societies (IUIS) to raise awareness of the importance of the immune system in fighting disease and maintaining health.
As the African regional federation of IUIS, FAIS proudly supports and promotes activities across the continent to inform and inspire the public about immunology.

All National Societies and Regional Federations are eligible to apply.
These campaigns are basically meant to raise awareness regarding the theme of each year.
Applications are reviewed based on the campaign’s originality, clarity, creativity, and impact at a national or regional level.
